This is a self-portrait of me standing in front of a blue background with a line for the horizon. I made the background simple so you can focus on me and where I am going.
The horizon line shows the future and all the things that can happen. I am looking ahead because I am thinking about what I want to be and do someday.
To me, “We the People” means everyone has a future and a place to belong. My artwork shows that I am part of that too, and I am excited for what comes next.
