What “We the People” means to me is that people come together to honor the first words of the US Constitution and include all people no matter what or who they are. The colors, symbols, and images in my artwork help me express my ideas about “We the People” by showing how no matter how different we are, we are still people altogether. What makes me feel like I belong in my community is that I feel that when I go outside people look at me and say hello and greet me.
I chose Oprah Winfrey because she was the first black billionare. I am most proud of the hair because I got the right shape. A special detail I added to my collage is one little curl.
