What the saying “We the People” means to me is we are all human so we should all be treated the same. One historical leader that worked to make “We the People” more inclusive was Dr Martin Luther King Jr because he was fighting to make everyone equal. This means that he helped make the saying “We the People” more inclusive of people that were not considered when the Constitution was written. Something that makes me feel like I belong in my environment is I don’t get discriminated against or bullied, this makes me feel like I belong because it shows everybody is the same and treated the same.
