Batch Upload

Enter your submission/approval code, upload the completed Excel template, and upload the related media files.

Before uploading:
  • Download the batch submission template.
  • Use one row per student submission.
  • Media filenames must exactly match the names entered in the spreadsheet, including the file extension.
  • Do not change the spreadsheet column headers.
  • Images allowed: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP. Maximum image file size: 4 MB.
  • Videos allowed: MP4, MOV, WEBM. Maximum video file size: 512 MB.
  • Upload the completed Excel file here. Do not convert it to CSV.
  • Posts are reviewed by TNY staff before publication.

Uploading in batches:
If you need to upload more files, submit this form again using the same approval code. All uploads with the same approval code will be grouped together.

For best results:
• Upload up to 25 image files per upload
• Upload up to 2 video files per upload
• Large uploads may take several minutes

Consent confirmation

For any submission that includes a student's first name, last initial, or is not marked anonymous, I confirm that I have obtained the necessary permission for Tapestry of New York to collect and display the student information associated with that submission as described in the Privacy Policy.

I understand that if a submission is marked anonymous, the student's first name and last initial will not be displayed, but school/institution, school district, city/town, grade range, and homeschooling status may still be displayed with the submission.
